Great Idea Michelle, I would definately be interested in being an accountability partner with you, I need that. My goals take up an Excel spreadsheet. My main goal for 2009 is to better organize and use my time to be more productive. Once I do this I can then take on more business and reach toward my big goal of owning a Real Estate VA firm that is made up of specialists in all areas of real estate administration.
I have lots of goals this year. But here a few big ones near the top:
1. Quadruple the gross income for the business
2. Co-author a book for the virtual assistant industry
3. Double my client list
Wow everyone has some awesome goals! You go ladies!!!!
Okay, here are mine:
1. Increase my client roster to 20-25
2. Move into my new office April 1, 2009
3. Conduct 8 (2 per quarter) local seminars/workshops on Using Social Media for Marketing
4. Increase the number of yearly paying(paying upfront) clients
5. Send out 5 handwritten notes/cards per week
6. Launch new website
7. Launch the "Reluctant Blogger" Blog
8. Host a weekly podcast "This I know For Sure" starting April 2009
9. Help my clients accomplish their virtual marketing and speaking goals for 2009
10. Hire an assistant to handle the admin portion of the business
Sue - are all of your goals for 2009? Have you read the book, Book Yourself Solid by Michael Port. I'm only on Chapter 2 and it's been really good and thought provoking right now!
