I am new to the world of virtual assistants but the concept sounds great. I am in the real estate business and need to keep track of the status of numerous projects. I could use some help to assure that I don't drop the ball on any the projects I am working on.

Is this something a virtual assistant could be used for and, if so, how would this work?

Hi Steve,

Thanks for your post.

A VA could assist utilize a Project Status Report utilizing either an Excel spreadsheet or a table created in Microsoft Word to track project deadlines and status.

Both you and the VA would work as a team to handle particular tasks and would communicate via e-mail or phone regularly to ensure that all of the projects were on track.

Hope this helps a bit,

Leslie

Good morning Steve,
To answer your question; yes, a virtual assisant can help you with your needs and keep track of your numerous projects. I would be happy to discuss this in more detail and would love an opportunity to assist you. Please respond at your earliest convenience and we can discuss the details.

Thank you for your time this morning and make it an awesome day!

Hi Steve,

I know I am a little late in replying, however, I just joined FindVirtual.com and am excited with the possibilites!

In answering your question, all my Real Estate clients get access to a "portal" site that keeps track of all projects, communications, files and whatever we may be working on. I find this is especially helpful because both in the Real Estate industry and in the VA industry, we may need access to these items at "weird" (or different because of time zones) times of the day or night - and the portal is always "open".

Of course this is "free" to all my clients, however, you can always implement one yourself and have your trusted VA utilize it in much the same way as I do for my clients. A good one is Basecamp, another one is AceProject, and still another is OfficeZilla (I have used them all over the last 10 years of being a VA - lol - right now I am using a paid version of Officezilla for my clients).

Feel free to give me a call - if just to brainstorm on how else to utilize a great VA. I will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have!
