Hello,

I am currently trying to update my contract with a current client.
The client is willing to pay me up to 5 hours per day (Maximum) for work. Some days may not be a 5 hour work day and some are.
However, she has her business line being forwarded to a cell phone that is in my possession. She wants that phone turned on for 6 hours per day. (Mon.-Fri.)

I'm trying to figure out how to incorporate some kind of verbiage into my contract that will compensate me for anytime spent answering that phone while my clock is technically not on.

Does anyone have any experience with phone service as a VA and if so how do you have it worded in your contract?

Or better yet, does anyone have any suggestions of how I could go about wording this into my contract?
