How would you handle the following scenario? One of your top clients has referred you to a prospect who would like an employee training manual compiled. After receiving the material the prospect wants included in their manual, you discover it’s a copyrighted manual they received during a training program they attended. Do you accept or decline the job? If you do accept the job, what are your reasons/arguments for duplicating copyrighted material?
