Hey y'all! How is everybody?

Quick question: Can anybody tell me a good, dependable, preferably free online fax service? One that you may have used or have heard good things about. I have done some research on it, however, there are tons and tons of places and I'm a bit hesitant to just sign up for them without having some sort of referral. Therefore, I thought I would ask the best experts in our industry--you!

Thanks so much in advance for your comments and responses! You are the BEST and I greatly appreciate it!!!

BTW-what happened to all of our groups?

Hi Deb,

I know there are some free services out there, but I use RingCentral and it's really good. It's $9.95/month(approx.), which is a cost, but it's very handy with the desktop tool. You can also try http://faxzero.com/ but it looks like it might be expensive if you do a lot of faxing.

The groups can be found at http://www.findvirtual.com/groups.

Have a great day!

Thank you so very mush Susi! I knew I could count on FV! You are the second person that has mentioned Ring Central, so it appears I may have to check them out. I just didn't want to have to incur an expense if I didn't need it for very long, but might have to. I have not had to have a fax at all until now, so I might as well go ahead and spend the money and just do it. Do you find that you use your fax a lot? I have never had any reason to need one really, with everything being emailed and things of that nature, until now and now I have a client that really prefers to send me stuff by fax...ugh.

Thanks again my dear and I'll check out the other resources you provided too, and oh yeah, thanks for the group stuff, I was wondering where they went.....hahahahaha.....have a great weekend dear!

I use www.efax.com which is free. In a upcoming podcast, Software Savvy Sub, I am doing one with a company on telecommunication options. Maybe that will be a good source for you.
Hi Collette, how have you been doing? I hope this finds you well, healthy, happy and enjoying life!

Thanks so much for responding to my discussion. I looked into efax but looks like I need to revisit it. Let me know when the podcast will be out, I'm sure it will be very beneficial.

Again, thank you and I hope your Saturday is superb!

Collette, one more thing please. How do you get it for free? Everything I have found costs about $16 per month with efax? Please advise and again, thank you so much!

That would be helpful wouldn't it. I am limited to a certain amount of faxes per month. To be honest if you own something like PDF most documents you can scan an email vs fax. I rarely fax because I use scanning most of the time.

Try this link. It looks like you can receive 130 pages and if any are coming in there would be a fee. http://www.efax.com/efax-free
Awesome Collette, thanks so much. I have not had to have a fax until now, and the only reason I'm trying to get one is because I have a client that really prefers to work that particular way....ugh! But you are right, I've been able to manage for the past 2 years totally without it. Don't think I'm going to need it very much, that is one reason I'm looking for a free service. It just would not do justice to have a paid one when I know I'm only going to use it from time to time.

Thank you again so much dear for your reply and I hope your Sunday is an awesome day!!
