Need your help with a virtual assistant survey please

I have loved being a virtual assistant for several years now. My clients are all great! Since the release of our book last year, The Commonsense Virtual Assistant - Becoming an Entrepreneur, Not a..., Joel and I have enjoyed coaching virtual assistants to help them refine and grow their businesses.

We have found that most virtual assistants would like some sort of coaching and enjoy the camaraderie of being part of a group. We feel we could offer group coaching at a more affordable cost than individual coaching. We need your help in order to develop the best group coaching program possible.

Please take a few minutes to answer a few questions in our survey. If you would like to receive updates on the group coaching program when it becomes available, be sure to include your contact information at the end of the survey, or feel free to email Sue directly with your contact information.

We will be gathering responses through March 19, 2010 and hope to have a free call before the end of the month so you can learn more about what is involved. I'm looking forward to your responses. Thank you!

Hi Sue, I just took the survey.
Just so you know, the rating system for this question (What topics would you like to be covered in these group coaching calls? Please rate these in the order of importance to you, with 1 being most important) does not work. It won't let you choose two answers with the same ranking.

Cheers
Sarah
Thanks Sarah for taking the survey and letting me know how it acts. I did just one one ranking per answer. Once we get closer to launching the program, we'll use this information to see which topic to cover first and so one. Thanks again. Sue
Sure. Good luck with your project !
Hi Sue:
I guess the first thing to make this group coaching program unique is to differentiate it from all others.
Thanks Michelle. I certainly plan on creating something that I feel will be different than the others. But I'd love to hear what specifically you think we could do to accomplish that.
Sue let me give this some thought and get back to you. I just feel like right now everyone is trying to sell the same group of people the same type of coaching programs and the amount of information out there for me personally is very very over whelming.
I'd really appreciate that Michelle. I agree that there is lots of information and opportunities and it can be very overwhelming. As with anything, whether choosing our clients, a vendor, a business partner, a coach, I suggest finding the one that fits best with your personality and that you feel more comfortable with. I do hope you'll join us on the free call we are going to arrange for early April and share your thoughts on what you'd like to get our of this type of program. Sue
Sue:
I have given some more thought to the proposed coaching group. My suggestions are find out from each person interested in the group coaching what level they are at in their business. Create categories like Freshman (1-2 years), Sophomore (2-3 years), Junior (3-5 years) and Senior (5 years plus). Depending on how many years people have been in business they can join that particular group and each group can cross train. Again these are just my suggestions based on my experience in group coaching sessions.
Michelle
Thank you Michelle. I'm sending you a message about this and hope if there's further discussion, it may be at the blog post about the survey results at http://chiefvirtualofficer.com/blog/2010/03/20/virtual-assistant-gr...
