Real Estate Question
Hi Everyone!
Hope you're having a great week so far. One of my VA clients is wondering if there is a way to complete a MLS search for vacant homes that are for sale? My only assumption would be the homes that are owned by the bank would be vacant but perhaps that may be incorrect. Any suggestions or websites would be greatly appreciated. Not all bank-owned properties are vacant. They can become bank-owned long before the tenants can be evicted.
Call your local real estate broker. They're the experts in searching the MLS and any good broker would be delighted to share what they know because they're in the people business and they want you to like them.
