The best thing I can tell you to do is just Google, for Registered Agent. We do not have an opening in CA right now but if you are interested we could put your name in our file. We have worked for this company for over a year and basically it is that you accept mail from the State in the companies behalf and then forward it to the company that is hiring the Registered Agents. They communicate with the businesses you don't have to. They have to have a residents address for doing business in more than one state. It's easy to do and doesn't take up alot of time.

Katherine mine is spelled Kathrine no e in the middle. I was named after my gramma but she was Cathrine. We called her Cate and so I ended up being Katie.

that is funny I need running into people with the same name, but I have always not liked my name very much. I go by Kathy mostly, but online I have stared going my Katherine, because that is how I sign my emails and such. :)
