Hi guys! I write and layout ebooks mostly full-time. There's a huge demand for folks that can do this. Here, for instance is an email I just received from Bizreef.com:

Project Name: Ghost Writer Wanted
Project Description:
Thank you for taking the time to review my audio notes for an e-booklet or e-book (maybe)
that I want to make available on my website.

I get lots of traffic from Christian parents (mom's mostly) who have troubled loved ones
in crisis. These people have been known to spend up to two hours on our website because
they are information hungry.

This is why we want to give away an e-book that can explain the program in full detail.
We just don't have the man power nor enough conversions to justify hiring more intake
counselors or life coaches as we call them. Plus, we spend many hours ministering too
many people who really can't afford our live-in treatment services.

Our hope is that more people can read the e-book with less of our time involved which can
result in more people calling us with their decision made up in advance.

Please reply to me, via the contact submission form below, at your earliest convenience
as this project is very urgent.

Thank you for your attention,

Bobby

The BizReef Team

There are many, many job sites - I use Elance.com mostly. But guru.com and sologig.com and Bizreef are popular too. Most are free to sign up for - and charge a small percentage for the jobs you get. Try them all, but it's a great way to drive clients to your website. Start with elance. Freelanceswitch.com is good too. The more places you're posted the more traffic you'll get. But ebooks are huge. If you can learn to layout the books (very simple) and even write them as well - you'll be able to make between $200 and $1,000 per book. Good skill to have. It can lead to ongoing work or be a one time project!

Hi Becky!
Excellent information! You are really getting me very excited about doing this. I have spent a ton of hours researching all sorts of information related to ebooks, etc. Now it looks like I need to research how to do the lay outs and things of that nature. I use guru.com a lot and it has provided me some excellent work and clients that I still have to this day. I just need to open it up for writing as well it appears. What sort of suggestions would you have in finding how to lay the books out? Thanks so much for all your help, you have been a valuable and informative member to this site and I have really enjoyed it! Thanks SO much dear!
Deb :)
