This is a product if you are working on a tight budget but still require the same quality as many of the other online sharing, webinar software, well this will do the trick, it allows you to use a web cam, do screen shots, conduct online training and screen share for presentation and more. It gives you a call in number and also sends out reminders. It saves your presentation on screen and it keeps a log of every session you have. So far I have been okay with it and would like to recommend it to you to try out and report your experience.
Its quite helpful and for a non- techie such as myself it is user friendly, no downloads. The only issue I had was connecting through Mozilla Firefox. I had to use Internet Explorer for it to work properly without freezing my screen.

I am always a bit shy when it comes to marketing. Recently, I've decided I would start to market myself as a Customer Service Expert VA as it is something I enjoy and it always seems to find me. I am reading the book "Get Clients Now" to help me with my marketing process.

Marketing is my specialty, but what I've discovered over the past year with the economy is that you really need to do things differently. Today it's all about social networking, blogging, sending out press releases and articles online, etc. Love to hear how you are marketing your business.
