Hello - I have just started my business this past month and am in the heavy networking stage. I am slowly working on getting everything in order. My niche is bookkeeping and admistrative support to small businesses in the food/beverage and hospitality fields

Hello to all! I started my business last summer and have been doing a lot of networking among several network groups in my area to build my business. Have done project work but no "solid" client yet. My skills are in project management, event planning, creating databases and other administrative tasks.

Hello everyone! I started my business late last year and have been slowly working on getting everything in order. My concentration will be to assist small businesses with their Admin Support. I look forward to learning more and gaining new insight on how to improve myself as well as my business.

Hi Everyone,

I am new to this group and this site. I am hoping to find some mentors here. I am not above learning and guidance. I welcome all of the pointers, comments and even criticism. My goal is to be a successful Virtual Assistant and I know I can't reach that goal alone.

I am a newbie to this site and basically to offering my skills and experience as an Assistant virtually. I am seeking to transition my 18 years administrative experience into an international virutal assistance home office business in the next five years. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't worked with this site much yet, so I'm still learning how to "edit" my content. I noticed AFTER I posted my comment that I needed a space between in and their. How do you go back and fix that....or can you?

Thanks Crystal:

After I wrote my comments earlier, I did some research and found http://www.productivitypodcast.com/businesspodcast/virtual-assistants-business-professionals-and-social-marketing/

I found the interview to be VERY INSIGHTFUL packed with various ways we can help our clients succeed. I sent it out via Twitter and labeled it "Master-mind discussion re: SM & VAs. Hope VAs and potential VA clients find it just as insightful as I did.

What I enjoyed the most was hearing how these ladies, each unique intheir own right, were utilizing their skills in various ways, but still reaching the same common goal--helping to make the client as successful (effecient) as possible. It's just what we do!

Enjoy the enterview, and have a prosperous 2009! Only life's best to you! Cindy
