Ever noticed that if you go out in a group and there is a silence that is generally either 15 minutes past the hour or 15 minutes to the hour.

I was told this some time ago and it is amazing how often it comes true. Next time you are out to dinner with a group of friends and there is a general total silence, check your watch?
