Hello all,

I was just reading through the posts on here. I haven't been on FV in a while. I hope everyone is doing well. I just wanted to send a note to let everyone know that I specialize in Real Estate and Transaction Coordinating in California! I have an entire team that specializes in many other things as well, but my personal specialty is Real Estate. If you ever have any referrals in California, I would love to hear from you!

Hi Laurie and Vicki, Thanks for the Welcome! I don't have any big plans but to be with family! Will be working in the yard on Monday with my DH. Son has school for a makeup day, but he will be graduating June 14th! And off to college in the fall. I guess you could say my specialty in real estate is supporting in several areas but I love to do the ads and make virtual tours. Well, Happy Memorial Day to everyone!

Hi Sandra, Welcome to the group! What is your specialty in real estate support? Mine is Top Producer. Hope you and all the other VAs have a great holiday weekend! I'm looking forward to some extra time with my hubby and a picnic with friends on Monday. Also have two loan signings this weekend. (I'm a notary signing agent, too.) Laurie's plans sound like fun, don't they? Well, Happy Memorial Day everyone!

2. Information on Microsoft's latest Office 2007 SP2 release that is suppose to improve Outlook (yea!) and support Open Office making it easier to work between MS Office and Open Office.

Thank you for asking Laurie. My specialty is Top Producer 8i and 7i. I would be more than happy to exchange referrals since I do not do those things that you do! If I get requests for those areas, I'll post them here.

My other niche is in e-commerce -- setting up teleclasses, shopping carts, newsletters, autoresponders etc.

If you wouldn't mind, would you tell us what your niche is.
I specialize in drip email and listing marketing. My fav. is the listing marketing part of my biz. I enjoy getting the listings out on the Internet, doing e-flyers, virtual tours, podcasting, and screencasting/video listings.
I have a nice client base right now but as with most REVA's always looking for new clients. :) How about you?
