Do you provide RE info. packets to your clients?
If so, what is yours about and what does it include?

I don't know if you would call it an "info" packet (or at least I call it a welcome packet). This includes a Welcome letter, Retainer Agreement (which points out how I work) and a information Client info packet (for names, addresses, and interests). If it is a newer business, I send out a goal sheet for where they want to be during the next year. This includes what it is they are doing for marketing and also their bottom line now.

It truly depends on what the client needs which techniques I use. Of course they all get the welcome and the retainer agreement ;-), but if they need, say, web design, I have a form I send them to outline their site as well. For Branding services, I also send out a branding packet to grab likes for colors, format, shapes for logos et al.

Sounds pretty confusing, however, I have templates for it all and it goes rather smooth.
Thanks Crystal,

I love to hear all the different approaches we all have. All the ideas are great!
