You know I really like RingCentral. I get an online 800 number as well as a FAX machine which originates from my printer. It is really, really awesome. What prompted me to write this post is that I was having trouble with something and had to call support. They are fantastic.

If you are considering an Toll Free 800 number to give your business the "Big Business" look, consider RingCentral. Click the link above and you will get their standard free trial as well as 25% off your purchase.

This is an awesome tool for invoicing clients, setting up estimates, time tracking and so much more.  You can print off reports, your tax information.  You can use it Free or pay for services.  I use it to track my 3 clients.

Good evening everyone!

I hope you had an AWESOME Friday!

Does anyone here use Gbridge to back up your files? It also allows you to sync more that one computer.

If not, what is a good FREE :) program that I can download and use?

Also, does anyone use any of the programs that ZOHO.com offers?

Thank you for your help!

I've used iStockPhoto for years in my graphic design projects but I've been finding that it seems to be getting more and more expensive lately.

I happened across http://www.vectorstock.com and love it! Of course, they only provide illustrations (vector graphics) but they're a mere $1, as opposed to iStock's vector's which average about 15 credits or between $20 - $25.

Wow. Great interaction in this group! Thank you all for your input and great tips on services we can all use for free.

I'd like to add a couple more:

http://mailchimp.com/ for autoresponders and optin boxes for Wordpress
http://www.dimdim.com/ for a free webinar service. (I haven't actually tried this service so can't give the thumbs up). If you try it, why not post here about your experience?

I have also placed this under another area on the website, because not everyone goes through a website completely like I always do, so I wanted to make sure that it gets covered by a lot of people who may be searching for this type of tools.

I have found several things that have become quite useful to me in my businesses I have included the links to the websites so that you can see for yourself, instead of taking my word. These are all bits and pieces that I use on a daily basis.

www.efficientdiary.com this has so many useful things and ways that it's hard to be without it ever.
www.nchsoftware.com/timesheet/index.html This is a timesheet that you set up for your business, keeps track and send to clients directly from the program
www.ivisit.com/products_presenter This is for making conference calls Awesome!

These are all tools that I work with everyday and I could not imagine my life without them. They really save me time and money. I also check www.giveawayoftheday everyday, but a lot of times their giveaways are good and sometimes they are of no use to me at all, but it's nice to see what they have each day.

Proactive resourceful me found another free or nearly free resource I will like to share with the FV group. I am sure a lot of you know about Fresh Books, Google and PayPal ( I think Paypal and Google have invoicing features) invoicing but have you heard of Billing Boss? This is a free online invoicing service that allows you to create and send invoices as well as accept payment but for this latter feature there is a small fee. It is along the lines of Outright and Xpenser. Now please know that I do not get anything from these companies for promoting their service nor have they asked me to do so. I do this because as a struggling sole proprietor (hope I spell this correct) I proactively look for resources that I can utilize in my business instead of waiting for the moment when I need the service and I am in a panick searcing to find it. The url for Billing Boss is http://www.billingboss.com. Enjoy!
