Hi All,
What are your recommendations for learning enough html to do simple 1 page Thank You pages or sales letters? I would like to be able to complete my client’s simple pages for the sale of a product or ecourses etc. Do I need to purchase a special program? I would never be creating a complete client web page, I will leave that for the designers but it would be nice to know how to make simple changes as necessary.
Thanks in advance for your advice. Lauren
You should be able to learn all you know via the Internet, Lauren. And I recommend a program like Coffee Cup HTML editor, because as you're writing code, it will let you know if you have, for example, left out a character, via its color coding.
Great question Lauren,
I myself have been researching the internet for this exact information. I found tons regarding HTML coding and currently participating in some of them. Here are a few you might want to take a look at;
about.com has an online course and webmastercourse.com. They are both free and they will email you each lesson. I will also take a look at the one Judy suggested as well.
Hello Lauren,
Site can be simple but it must look professional. so the best way is to use simple CMS instead of html code. Joomla would be fine.
All you got to do is carefully read documentation and find professional designer and css/php coder.
Hope it helps...
