Flash Inro Program Help

Hello All, Does anyone know of a flash intro program that is easy to use and not to expensive (or free). I want to put a picture flash/slideshow on a website and I was wondering what is a good way to do this without buying Adobe. Or can I do this with a move making program. I didn't want any ads on the final project and this usually happens with free web stuff, but I thought a less expensive one would be good if its easy to use. Any recommendations are helpful. Thanks in advance for the support.
