Please provide a bit more about your target audience and niche. Also, share what you've already done, what worked and what hasn't. Although we can share generic ways, it's best to provide strategies specific to your needs. That way, you would, in my opinion, gain better benefit from the suggestions.

One way is to join local networking groups such as Chamber of Commerce, or Business Networking International. Both good groups with personal contacts.
