How to add your FindVirtual.com profile page to social bookmarking sites.

We are all looking for new ways to market ourselves online. One of the very best ways is using search engine optimization techniques to drive traffic to your virtual assistant services Web site.

Today I am sharing a technique that I recently learned, it is called social bookmarking. Social bookmarking is the act of "bookmarking" your site on other popular blogs, social networks or content aggregators like DIGG, StumbleUpon, Twitter, LinkedIn etc...

The value of the bookmark is a backlink to your Web site or in this case FindVirtual.com profile page. We've added a button to your profile page called "Add this" to your profile page. It also appears in every blog post as well. Bookmarking your blog content is also a good idea as it will drive traffic to your blog post, then your profile page on FindVirtual.com and then your Web site that you have linked.

In the picture shown above the "add this" button is visible. Simply click on that and start selecting site that you are familiar with. For example, you might already have an account with LinkedIn or Digg etc...

If you do not have an account creating one is pretty fast. Won't take more than 2 minutes. The benefits of this will be realized when you start seeing a spike in traffic to your profile pages and linked Web sites.
