- Hello and nice to meet you! I need a virtual assistant.
My name is Anna and you can read about me here. I am a freelance translator.
I am looking for a virtual assistant to send emails (later, some research, some data entry will be involved) when I cannot do that. PPPlease read the description and send your rates
The job is easy, 2-5 days a week, however spread over several hours.
Here is a small description of the job:
I sent quotes every day (short, prepared emails, offering my translation services) in response to ads on websites for translations. The ads start to come around 3 am by my time. The quick response is the key However, I sleep at 3 am and therefore lose a lot of opportunities. I need a virtual assistant on the other side of the globe, who can send these quotes from me.
Here are some qualifications: and later more about the job:
• very responsible, honest and commited
• good English grammar and spelling
• able to use email, Microsoft Word or similar,
• not lazy please: if you see the quote does not correspond, not to be lazy and correct this one word
• be 12-5 hours ahead of me (Europe, Asia, Middle East, Africa)
• be able to receive payments Paypal or something similar

Quotes start to come at around 3 am US Ney York time.
The text for the quotes will be provided., but some blanks will need to be filled: name, date, language, fee
There might be 5-20 ads during the day. They might come at, for example, 3:15, then 4:00, then 4:05 and so on. A google email notifier, or other chat program is available to let you know when an email comes, so that you will not have to check the email all the time. But I need a person who can be near the computer for several hours, even if in another room or doing something else. As soon as the emails comes, the reply needs to be send, the later the reply, the less possibility for a job.
If the work comes good for us, and I am sure It ill. I have more job, and I also could offer more payment.
