I rarely get on this group so I didn't find your email until today. I apologize for that.

You asked about the "deer in the headlights" look and when it might go away. In my experience, that goes away when you get really comfortable about the message you want to give to others. What I mean by that is when you get really authentic about who you are in your business, you will develop an authentic message to those you want to work with. And when you have that message, you will embrace it and be comfortable with it. So when they ask, "What is a VA," you are able to confidently, in your own voice, tell them who you are and what you do.
