We are "virtual" after all. Our first "virtual" impression shouldn't be that we can't present ourselves in a modern way.

Thanks for the offer Amanda. You are right that you only get one first impression. Too many times I've seen websites that are slow to load, are difficult to navigate, the first thing you see are Google ads, it's obvious the site is using a generic template and shows no creativity, and I could go on. This just doesn't convey the feeling of professionalism that we as business owners need to convey.
