Can’t seem to find the time to schedule, post, or just keep up with your social media sites?
One of my first clients taught me how to use Excel to schedule out and manage tweets for their twitter page. She had me take previous content from the last few year, and some research from articles she had written and schedule these short posts into an excel document at specific times decided by her.
Then using a site like socialoomph.com , I would go into her account and schedule these out for the next week or so. This made it easier for her to be able to just log into her twitter account to see who has responded and send messages to her, giving her the time to focus on networking with those followers, instead of posting content to her account. She also was able to spend more time reading others posts and re-tweeting them when she felt they were something worth re-tweeting.
This same method can be done with Facebook as well and there are other social media sites out there that are able to help you manage your social accounts as well, another well known one is Hoootsuite.com
