Trans Canada Virtual Assistance is an independent contracting company providing quality administrative services to busy professionals, virtually. These services can be provided to anyone across Canada, the US, and the world for that matter.
TCVA is a company that believes, in this age of technology, we can lend a helping hand in protecting our environment and help businesses become more eco-friendly. Communication can be done over the telephone, via email, instant messaging, or via text messages through our cell phones. Advertising can be successful through online marketing via the web in articles, blogs, websites, newsletters, e-books, etc. Faxes can be sent via internet, files can transferred online and saved on CDs, computer systems, online file storage, or USB storage hardware. Obviously, some documents require printed paperwork and can be recycled, but most often administrative work can be done virtually without printing. By cutting down on endless mounds of unnecessary paperwork; completing administrative services virtually, we are saving the planet one mountain of paperwork at a time.
“You must be the change you wish to see in the world.”
- Mahatma Gandhi
“We have modified our environment so radically that we must now modify ourselves to exist in this new environment.”
- Norbert Wiener
TCVA opened its doors on September 1st, 2009, in Brampton and is owned and operated by
Denise Tapper. Denise is a professional administrative assistant, originally from St. John’s, Newfoundland. After spending two years overseas as an English Teacher teaching English immersion to grade one students and Business English to business professionals, Denise moved to Brampton in 2005 to find gainful employment in her native country. With over 15 years experience as an administrative assistant and the variety of industries that Denise has worked in (medical, education, non-profit, law enforcement, etc.), she decided it was time to take her career to the next level. This is how Trans Canada Virtual Assistance came into existence.
The goal of
TCVA is to save time and money for business owners by providing administrative services and virtual office support on an “as needed” basis. Some of these services include, but are not limited to: administration, document processing, transcription, writing and editing, bookkeeping, desktop publishing, market research and project assistance.
The advantages of utilizing a virtual assistant and the services of Trans Canada Virtual Assistance include time and money saving, and helping businesses have an impact on protecting the environment. Some of these advantages in detail are:
- You don’t need to hire a full-time administrative assistant, as
virtual assistants work on a contractual and “as per your needs basis”. This eliminates the cost of a full-time employee (i.e.: salary, vacation- pay, sick time, medical benefits, etc.), in turn, saving you money.
- Saves you time because you are outsourcing your time-consuming and tedious administrative tasks, hence, leaving you with more time to focus the revenue generating aspects of your business.
- Cutting down on unnecessary paperwork by virtually providing administrative services to clients; saving the environment and helping business professionals do the same.
If you have any inquiries of how TCVA can help your business, please contact Denise Tapper.
