I am new to autoresponders - have learnt about them on my VA Classroom course, but never actually set one up. Was trying the other day and getting rather frustrated. I think I am just too impatient.

I am using a free autoresponder and don't understand some of the fields - will have to go through all the help files/instructions more carefully this weekend.
