Hi Rebecka, I hope all is well. I saw a comment a while back on billing clients per transactions. I tried to find it on the site (for reference purposes), but it disappeared into the abyss. I re-evaluated my billing practices recently and it seems that billing by transaction seems to be the best method (?) I am still debating hourly billing though. Exporting a transaction list in QB proves to the client how many transactions I processed, as opposed to providing them with a number of hours. It's quite a conundrum. Most of my clients are local, and I don't want to scare them away by saying "I charge .50 a transaction." What was the general concensus on your discussion? Thanks, Cecilia :-)
