Good point Danielle, we can probably all agree that there are different virtual assistant functions. This video describes one variation. Just like a "sales" person comes in different shapes and sizes so does a virtual assistant. We all know that, which is why this is an open forum for va's to share exactly what their specific virtual assistant services are. I know virtual assistants that perform the roles in this video.

The video doesn't explain what a Virtual Assistant is at all. What it describes is a customer call center service. Not the same thing.
