Virtual Assistant

I have been working as a virtual assistant for a little over 4 years now. I've mostly helped clients locally, in the greater Cleveland, Ohio area. I became a full-time entrepreneur in early 2007. I have a bachelors degree in Communications and have been teaching myself Internet technology for the past 4 years or so. I've helped build small business and personal websites, blogs, done a little S.E.O and also do a little freelance writing.

Areas of expertise and knowledge include:
- Joomla
- WordPress
- Social Networking
- Domain name registration
- Blogging
- Search Engine Optimization
- Content writing/Article marketing
- Press Releases
- Online payment method/Shopping cart implementation

On a personal level, I am a mother to a 3-year old son and I have been married for almost 5 years now. I consider myself down-to-earth, hard-working, a good communicator and true to my word. I believe successful outcomes only come via 100% transparent communication and an honest approach. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and resources to help build this community and making it a relevant and helpful place for anyone looking to network and build a virtual business.

Sometimes, just because something did not work the first time around does not mean it will not work with a little tweaking and a second effort - think Thomas Edison. Professionally, I am going to write a book about our industry. A real book, paperback that can be purchased in Barnes & Noble or Targe… Continue

Thanks for breaking out the skills, Kel. I understand your not wanting the list to get too cumbersome, and I hope I didn't create a crack in the dam, so to speak.
